If you are not fully satisfied with the facilities or service of a BIG4 Holiday Park within one hour of check-in, your registration fees will be cheerfully refunded subject to the following conditions:
In order to receive a refund, park reception must be notified within one hour of check-in that the accommodation is unsatisfactory. Guests must check out of the park at that time. This is an exclusive offer for BIG4 Club Members.
 
Terms & Conditions - General Bookings
  • Bookings are not transferable to other persons
  • Unaccompanied minor bookings ( under 18 years) are not accepted.
  • Occupation of accommodation commences at 2pm
  • Check out time is 10am, or by prior arrangement
  • Minimum booking periods apply Christmas, Easter and October long weekend
  • Exact units and sites can be requested but never guaranteed
  • Cots are available for hire

Deposits

  • Time Period - Deposits are required within 14 days from the time of booking
  • Amount:
    • Accommodation: $100.00 or the cost of the first night which ever is greater
    • Sites: $20.00
    • Christmas: Accommodation: $200.00; Sites: $100.00
  • Deposits are fully refundable on cancellation of the booking, subject to the applicable cancellation fee.
